| With the rapiddevelopment of the Internet industry,the financial industry is gradually leading the direction of technological,The updating processof informatization and technolog have become the core of the information industry.In order to attract more customers,Bank N needs better online products to provide customers with high-quality services.Up to now,Bank N adopts the waterfall development model,which is conducive to the organization and management of software projects.It can,help control risk during project development,and ensure the stability and safety of online products.Be siades,it is in line with the security of the financial sector.However,compared with the current agile development model,the waterfall development model has obvious shortcomings in responding to user's needs.Therefore,it is necessary for Bank N to find a set of software development models,which is suitable for Bank N to solve the main problems it encounters recently.These problems include,that Bank N currently faces,that is,how to better serve customers and respond to customer's needs,which is direction of Bank N's software development.In response to these problem,Bank N plans to adjust the standard Scrum framework according to its own characteristics,thereby combining the existing waterfall development model to form a waterfall and agile hybrid development model.This paper takes the software project of Bank N as an example,mainly discussing the application of waterfall and agile hybrid development model in N Bank software project.Trying to analyze the effects of hybrid development model in software project development.Mainly for the project schedule,cost,quality and control process,demand management and change management and other aspects.To Summarize the successful experience in this case,we also conducted in-depth research on the problems of the project process,and provided guidance for the application and promotion of the hybrid development model in bank software products. |
