It also discusses the dynamic configuration's different operation model under different situation and why and how to analyze the capability, unlink and downlink balance issue in advance.It proves in the article that the dynamic configuration system is useful to configure the RF resource dynamically, improve the utilize rate and absorb the traffic efficiently in using the system by Guiyang Mobile. On the other hand, the system has very less distortion for the network index.
