With the more and more busy air traffic, the traditional air manage prepare information system, is now facing flinty challenges. Because of the frequent change of internal logic, rigorous security demand and massive controlled data, the information system demand that it should provide enough flexibility adapt to the demand of development of future. As a result, we try to propose a system architecture model, which can meet the above needs and adapt to develop application system. It is a kind of architecture which is proposed in order to simplify the development and the deployment of the solution and manage related complex question. it want to provided a good mechanism in the way of building the expandable, flexible and easily maintained application system.Meanwhile, MVC design pattern is a solution which can separate control from representation, and provides the mechanism that separates function level. This thesis has analyzed and studied the data integration characteristic, followed the lamination mechanism of the MVC pattern, constructs an improved framework of MVC based on above architecture model and describes the essential technology.
