CORBA Application To CDMA Integrated Network Management System

CORBA (Common Object Request Broker Architecture) , a distributed and object oriented application norm, has really realized stepping the platform. System of CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access), developed by China Unicom which adopts international and leading technology and equipment, is a new high-quality mobile communication service. CDMA integrated network management system is a typical distributed system.The CDMA integrated network management system for China Unicom Sichuan branch has been designed with the application on CORBA to Distributed system in this thesis. Based on CORBA middleware technology, CDMA network management system performed network interface function between OMC (Operations & Maintenance Center) and NMC (Network Management Center).Centered on the realization of CORBA middleware technology in the development of CDMA integrated network management system, CORBA fundamental architecture and CDMA integrated network management system have been introduced in the thesis. The paper detailed the system introducing, analysis, design and implementation of the performance interface function in CDMA network management system, as the following:1. The collection data function included creating measurement job, stopping measurement job, suspending measurement job, resuming measurement job, listing measurement job and listing job files.2. The threshold management function included creating threshold monitor. deleting threshold monitor,suspending threshold monitor, resuming thresholdmonitor and listing threshold monitors.3. The history data management function data file.4. Each use case provided the performance management function, which included the action, input parameter, output parameter, prerequisite condition, subsequent condition, result and exception.5. In the system design and implementation each use case to function has been mapped.
