Design And Implementation Of The Document Administration System Applied In IEE, CAEP

The office automation (OA) is a man-machine information system which is made up of man and official equipments. The system is used to serve some target by making use of computer technique, communication technique, system science and behavior science etc and finishing a portion of official business by these equipments. Official document-handling is an important part of official business. If a document administration system as a subsystem of OA is constructed, realiying document-handling automation by network technology, then It will greatly improve document-handling and document-transmitting velocity, spare a great deal of manpower and money, and heighten work quality and efficiency.This paper makes a study of the electronic document administration, describes the key technology in the overall architecture of the OA system applied in DEE, CAEP.The paper's purpose is to design a subsystem of the OA system, document administration system for solving "detaining" problem in the process of ordinary document transfer to the present and realiying web release, transfer, pigeonholing, inquiring etc of administration document. This system is made up of four module: bulletin issuance unit, document issuance unit, document transfer unit and document inquiring unit.In practice, this paper shows correlative flow chart, module and figure. Adopted J2EE ,this system is designed in MVC frame and could be applied in moresoftware environment. It could basically dispart operation logic and display, then programmers can bend themselves to operation logic, system maintenance and extension is convenient and advantageous.The result which is getted in test running proves the design proposed in this paper is successful. Firstly, this system realizes many functions which mostly aim at unsecret documents-handling, such as issue on web, passing round for perusal, pigeonhole, inquiring etc, and meets great part needs on administrative documents management. Secondly, this system advances administrative documents transmitting speed and improves official efficiency. Thirdly, This system can be maintenanced conveniencely and operated easily because it use browser fashion. Someone authorized can run this system by entering browser on his computer.
