This dissertation was fulfilled on the basis of researching of the electrical constant temperature heap code testing facility, which is an important element within the package container test system. Currently, the manual heap code loading test is the common package container testing method employed in imports and exports testing national wide. The technique of this measure is laggard and laborious, and the test precision is also low. It couldn't adapt to the eager requirement of the economic development for a new test system which holds such advantages as auto-testing, data memory and report printing. In order to improve the current loading method and to enhance the power of testing control, we adopt a new auto testing and control method as oil hydraulic cylinder loading and PLC programmable controller, and a new regulation mode as online communication and real-time data exchanging, to develop a new electrical constant temperature heap code testing facility successfully.Three chapters are included in this dissertation. In the first chapter, the background and current situations of the producing and application of package container testing system, and the significance of the research work on PLC programmable controller and computer regulation are reviewed. The second chapter is about the electro circuit design of the hardware. The loading control method and process by employing electro-hydraulic proportional control technique are introduced, and we also explain theoretically in detail the feasibility and examples of measuring a top bevel by two sensors. The design of the software system is mentioned in the third chapter and the software flow in the testing system is introduced. In conclusion, we emphasized on the research and discussion of the feasibility and implementation of getting a constant loading force by employing electro-hydraulic proportional control technique, and solved the bottleneck technique of regulation of oil hydraulic cylinder loading, which reaches the top level of China and has a prospective application.
