| The research on fluid delivery test installation based on Virtual Instrument is carried out in this paper. Some achievements are obtained as follows:1. The whole process of establishing the fluid delivery test installation in detail is introduced. The design of test installation device, layout of test line, selection and installation of test sensor, development of submersible electric pump speed equipment is included.2. Founded on the data acquisition system widely used in current fluid delivery test installation, a set of data acquisition system based on Virtual Instrument is adopted.3. Some tests are done on the established fluid delivery test stand. The national required precision is met. Thus the smooth testing is guaranteed.4. The experiment of transient characteristic of pump is carried out. The curves of pump flow ,head, power, speed VS times are drew, and thereby a certain experimental foundation for the development of pump liquid launching device is founded.Fluid Delivery Test Installation is applied to the electro-submersible pump test installation of Zhejiang Xiandao Mechatronic Company, and a certain significance to the research and application of testing technology of the fluid transportion.
