According to the requirement of industrial image processing's development, and its characteristic of application, by using 32bit ARM embed microprocessor as system core, CPLD as control module and according to the analysis of CCD image sensor, this thesis has designed a kind of Embed-system for industry image processing. This article has studied the technical method of image collecting, storing and processing, and constructed a experimental platform which could make up a feasible Embed-system for high-speed industrial image processing.In order to resolve the veracity and high-speed performance of data transfer, this thesis has designed a data channel switch and a SDRAM controller based on CPLD, with which can greatly reduce the hardware's scale and improve the system's ability of anti-jamming. What's more, according to the analysis of the character of ARM chip LPC2104, a simulant BUS was particularly designed for it, which can insure the data between main CPU and forside system can transmit accurately.
