The Development And Application Of FDCS Based On CAN Field Bus

Total Distributed Control System is concentrative monitor and distributed control system based on microprocessor. It has been used very widely in industry since the metaphase of 70s. The characteristic of it is concentrative manage and distributed control. Moreover, with the development of computer technology Total Distributed Control System is combined with Field Bus and develops into Field Bus Distributed Control System(FDCS). It brings a new face to industry control and gets wide applications in industry field.Firstly the developmental history of FDCS is introduced. It includes the characteristic ,the Net configuration and the development of FDCS.Secondly the data communications of FDCS is expatiated. It consists of Field Bus communication agreement, the theory and configuration of CAN.The emphases of the article is the exploitation and design of FDCS based on CAN. The net communication, data collection and output control make up of the main part. The design of hardware and software in each part is expatiated in detail. Furthermore, the management and surveillance software of FDCS is also an emphases. The contents comprise the initialization of system, data disposal and surveillance, the design of database and control arithmetic etc.Finally the system of coal transportation in yang shan electricity factory is taken for example to show the application of this FDCS. The configuration and combination of the whole system, superior computer system, inferior computer system and net communications is introduced particularly. The combination of superior computer system is completed by IFiX. The inferior computer system is composed of D3208, D2620 and A415. The communication between superior computer system and inferior computer system is achieved by SJAIOOO and 82C250. At present this set of FDCS run well in yang shan electricity factory.
