Coal is China’s most important source of energy, and businesses depend on coal to achieve normal operation. Pro Mining Group, as one of the coal company, easily causes confusion of coal transportation management due to large sales and uncenteralized when make management for the coal transportation. When Pro Mining Group manage the coal transportation, it adopts artificial means to transfer the data of coal transportation and sale, which could lead to staffs negligence and subjective errors. So in order to improve the management quality and efficiency in coal transportation and to work better for clients, we need new ideas and new technologies to establish a comprehensive coal transportation management system.Functions realized by Pro Mining Group coal transportation management system are contracts and plan, scheduling and dispatch, quality management, decision analysis, basic data management. The contract plan implements sales contracts, marketing plans, transportation plans, car plan. The scheduling and dispatch includes loading notice, weighing bill management, dissent adjustment. The quality management implements quality project management, quality type setting and quality project maintenance. Decision analysis includes contract and plan inquiry, document inquiry, account table inquiry. Basic data management includes station deposit registration, railway management, price maintenance, measurement settings and other settings.The system uses C# language, WinForm framework, and C/S architecture. Technical architecture has three layers:presentation layer, business layer and data access layer. In business layer, users make operations through the UI interface and the layer via the Web service proxy class transfers the corresponding access control to business layer. In the business layer, the main functions of this system include contracts and plan, scheduling and dispatch, quality management, decision analysis, basic data management. Business layer will match the operation access control transferred by presentation layer with the functional business to make next analysis. In the data access layer, it returns information data to the user which is relevant with user’s operation access control business.
