The automatic control system of the coal synthetical-exploit,which is used to achievecontrol and monitoring of coal production,supplies guarantee to the high-production andhigh-efficiency of coal safety production and it presents great significance to improve domesticautomation level of the coal synthetical-exploit.It is an innovation in the paper that S7-300PLC produced by Germany Simense Companyand the fieldbus CAN is applied to the automatic control system of coal synthetical-exploit,andthey are implemented to complete such function as control of the motor load、control of phoneclosedown and monitoring parameter of gas and so on, together with the devices as telephoneand auxiliary controller. The production information underground is transmitted to the monitorupground in real time with industrial Ethernet.The paper describes the content、development and existing problems of the automaticsystem of the coal synthetical-exploit, designs the system structure and composition of thevarious parts of the hardware. CAN slave station is designed on the base of basic theory of CANfield bus protocol. In addition, some of the subroutine of PLC and procedures of CAN slavestation is mentioned in the article, especially the part program which achieves logic control forPLC is essential to the running of whole system. In the end, the interface configuration oftouch-screen and PC upground is introduced.The CAN slave station has been successfully interconnected with SIMATC-300PLCthrough the experiment, and the online capability of touch screen achieves the monitoring of theoperating system, and also the picture of iFIX running on remote PC correctly shows the systeminformation which simulates the dispatching function upground. The test result simply achievesthe automation function of the coal synthetical-exploit.
