The Research And Design Of Enterprise Web-Based Traning System

Web-Based Training (WBT) is playing a more and more important role in the enterprise training. Many enterprises have raised staff quality and enhanced their performances through Web-Based Training. This thesis puts forward a WBT Application Model by analyzing performance analysis technology, knowledge management, IS010015, IEEE1484 and so on. The model comprises four modules: training demand module, plan module, design module and evaluating & mending module. The model offers practical guidance to enterprise implementing WBT. The thesis includes four parts:The first part includes putting forward the research problem, the relevant document summary, the frame of the research. At first, the thesis investigates the present of WBT, analyzes the extant problem of WBT, and then draws the problem that the research needs to solve. The research works for offering a systematic guidance model.In the second part, the characters of adult learning, the modern training theory, IS010015and IEEE1848 have been studied.The third part raises a Web-Based Training Application Model. Each component part of model has been described in detail. The fourth part summaries and looks ahead the research.In general, the model in the thesis has used theories of adult learning, performance technology and teaching design for reference. It is a systematic model and circulating course, so enterprises need to carry out front analysis, training design and apply, training evaluation. Enterprises need to improve training strategy continuously in order to raise training effect in implementing course.
