A Study On The Structural Holes Theory-Based Egocentric Human Intelligence Network Analysis System

As a main approach and tool of gaining and disseminating intelligence, human intelligence network is an important strategic resource in modern business competition. So analyzing human intelligence network is a significant research content of competitive intelligence. However, as the key character of an enterprise, enterprise actor's egocentric human intelligence network holds the balance on the gaining, controlling and utilizing competitive intelligence. Through researching an enterprise actor's egocentric human intelligence network, analyzing its structural characteristic and finding its structural holes, we can offer him some action advice on information gaining and controlling, and the enterprise can take this advantage to innovate and gain competitions.Because of these reasons, this article tries to use the matrix analysis algorithm and the network graph technology, bases on the structural holes theory, and discusses a computer-aided egocentric human intelligence network analysis system.
