Design And Research Of The Network Performance Management System

The mobile Network Performance Management System (NPM) is an integrated and highly automatic information system. To design such a complex system, the computing and networking technology, telecommunication network technology, management technology, and application software development technology are widely used. NPM should evolve to a centralized and effective system which can provide maintenance and optimization ability to the whole network.The paper follows the principles of Telecommunication Management Network (TMN). The solution combines the TMN principles with real status of China Mobile, provide a practicable NPM solution to Hei Longjiang province. The solution has been implemented and proven validate in the real project. The paper expatiate the level of the data collect, data handle, data application of the mobile Network Performance Management System systemically, the design and exploitation base on the model of telecom management, let them hang together. Network management is a complex and integrate system, not only includes abundant data, kinds of compute models, but also includes data of equipment and interface of deferent factory, the paper analyses items in-depth. Basing on the analysis of network management system, this paper analyses the relationship and interfaces about ADC system, and put forward the high practicability system of dependability, security, explanation.However, the construction of a NPM system is a continuous developing process. The NPM will develop along with the technical and administration management system's evolution. The solution given in this paper considers the two factors of high efficiency and scalability. Hope that the NMS development will also benefit from it.
