Research About Expert System Of Forest Fire Prevention Based On Web

In this paper, we have a research of expert system application in forest fire prevention. Carefully analysing and studying the method and the way of extinguishing forest fire, hard summarizing the domestic and international forest fire prevention technique, making use of the expert system, the WEB technique and the technique of COM, We have designed a network expert system which may predict the fire and may save reasonable with a fire after taking place.The paper expatiates the knowledge base, reasoning machine, explain process and the new realizing method of knowledge obtaining, using component technique etc, merging the technique of WEB into each part of the expert system, established a network expert system, overcame the drawback of the traditional expert system, In system developing process, according to characteristics of prevents fire knowledge, adopting a knowledge expression method with skeleton and rule, and according to the method of knowledge expression, we set up a reasonable knowledge base model. Making use of the interface of COM component on basement to achieve expert system function of reasoning etc and using the technique of WEB to realize the internet on the upper layer, the former calls the latter layer to realize strong and complicated function. We have designed the knowledge obtaining process, so we break the difficulty of expert system designing. We have realized the intelligence handling method of every kind of circumstance of a fire taking place, predicting accurately and scientific the development trend of a fire, then we have also realized wood's fire management with science, numeralization, intelligence and network. It provides intelligence management method for the all levels policy agency of forest fire prevention, so it can reduce the loss of a fire. It also enriches the theories of expert system, and opens widely the application field of expert system. The project first applies expert system technique and network technique to forest fire prevention and it is the first application in domestic field with advance and exploration. It fills up the blank of forest prevents fire.The system adopts various techniques, mainly having the technique of WEB, expert system technique, database technique, the technique of ASP, the technique of fire prevention, and so on. It combinates various technique to complete the application of the new field, opening widely the application field of current technique. The project involves the theory studies that the computer application crosses with other course and it has some innovation.
