Study And Realization Of Forest Fire Loss Assessment System

Forest is precious resource of mankind. The forest resource of our country is veryshort, and forest fire is one of the important factors which destroy our forest resource.Forest fire loss assessment is an important part of forest fire prevention, and has criticaleffect on organizing fire saving,reducing fire loss and so on. Hence it is very importantto adopt scientific methods and advanced technology to improve its quality andefficiency.This paper puts forward and realizes Forest Fire Loss Assessment System based on3S Technology after carefully studying current actuality of forest fire research of theworld which divides the forest fire assessment into middle and after two parts. Theformer ameliorates and realizes 3D-cell automaton fire extending model;while the latterputs forwards grid-based loss assessment model;reflects severity degree of the forestfire loss from direct economic loss,indirect economic loss,society loss three aspects;realizes archive management and report autogeneration of forest fire.
