And it uses C#programming language, SQL Server database, ArcSDE spatial database, ArcGIS Engine, embeded GIS component tools and VS2010development platform to create a forest-fire-protection system which takes3S technology as the core. It arranges the daily routine work of the department of forest-fire-protection, upload the data of daily monitor of the ground or the monitor tower to the from mobile devices to the data center. Select the image on the DEM digital elevation positioning point visibility analysis and visualization area analysis, combined with higher average data-aided design trees watchtowers siting and height. The data center calculates and analyses the information of different factors of forest fire and forecast the level of forest fire of each forest sublot. When there is fire in the forest, the information system can locate the fire point, use fire spread octrees model to dispatch people to firefighting, and after damage it can evaluate the losses by using remote sensing images. The construction of informative Beijing forest-fire-protection can make the forest-fire-protection informatization, intelligentialization, mordernization to improve the ability of forest-fire-protection.
