Electronic Commerce and ERP (enterprise resources planning) are integrated to one system. This system is e-ERP. There are three flows: information flow, bankroll flow and material flow in e-ERP system. And information flow affects and controls bankroll flow and material flow, making the whole e-ERP system orderly. Sometimes, it is through information flow working that bankroll flow and material flow are achieved. So it is very important that information flow is transferred correctly in e-ERP system. But there is a phenomenon called bullwhip effect that information is distorted, when information flow is transferred in e-ERP system. Bullwhip effect will make the level of the storage of enterprise's production higher, and the level of service lower. Then the whole cost of supply chain will be made too high. All these will make the enterprises in supply chain less competitive. At last, every member in the supply chain will sustain losses. So to searching for the method of optimizing information flow, it must be considered firstly that reducing the influence of bullwhip effect. Reducing the bad influence of bullwhip effect is a new measure to improve the efficiency of supply chain management and gain preponderance in market competition. It will bring the supply chain more acumen, reduce the cost of the supply chain, shorten the time of supply the productions and so on. Firstly, this dissertation will discuss the causation and the influence of bullwhip effect to supply chain in detail. And the phenomenon and trait of bullwhip effect are simulated visually through the simulator. Secondly, on the base of the research given by other researchers, this article brings out a new investigative method to reduce the influence of bullwhip effect with system science and control theory. That is to optimize the system with Kalman filter and Smith predict device. Lastly, this dissertation simulates the amended system according the optimizing method. And the optimizing method is proved correct and valid through the result of the simulation.
