With the globalization of markets and the rapid development of the economy, enterprisesface increasingly fierce competition. In this case, the companies have been unable to separatethe face of market competition; it must cooperate closely with other enterprises in the supplychain, to share information, the seamless integration of the supply chain. So this can improvethe quality of products and services and enhance their market competitiveness. However, thesupply chain information passed between the various members of the process, for variousreasons resulting information was severely distorted, resulting in increased operating costsand operational risks of the nodes in the supply chain enterprises, this phenomenon hasseverely restricted the effective operation of the entire supply chain. The dissertation first introduces the research background and the research status of thesupply chain and supply chain management, and then it discusses the information problems inthe supply chain “bullwhip effect”. Respectively, from the six aspects of demand forecasting, supply chain structure, time delay, shortage of game to analyze the causes of the bullwhipeffect. After analyzing the causes of the bullwhip effect from each of the six aspects, we cancome to take advantage of advanced information technology for information sharing; theimplementation of the supply chain can effectively weaken the conclusion of the bullwhipeffect. The emergence of the Internet of Things technology makes supply chain informationfurther to be shared, proposed the establishment of information sharing system based onInternet of Things technology, making it the effective sharing of information betweenmembers. The dissertation analyzed and showed the information system to weaken thebullwhip effect from the shortened lead time, reduce the time delay, to improve the accuracyof demand forecasts, vendor managed inventory and so on.Secondly, the dissertation presents a quantitative analysis of the bullwhip effect. Throughcreate a mathematical model of the bullwhip effect in the supply chain, and use quantitativeanalysis to analysis the implementation of information sharing on supply chain value. Itcontrasts in the case of shared and non-shared information in the supply chain, we get knowbullwhip effect after the implementation of information sharing can be effectively weakenedin supply chain. Finally, the dissertation uses modern logistics simulation technology to simulate thesupply chain. It selects ExtendSim simulation software to simulate the implementation of thesupply chain information share in the cases of sharing and non-shared. It constructs thesimulation model of the bullwhip effect based on the mathematical model. It analyzessimulation model in detail and explains the value of implementing information share in thesupply chain vividly by using graphical simulation results.
