Design And Application Research On Micro E-Payment Platform In Mobile E-Commerce

This was a year in that electronic commerce should be perfected and developed with the electronics governmental affairs with the development in 2003.Iraq war with SARS influence, made excrescent fire in electronic commerce exploded, local electronic commerce has risen from the low valley slowly, and headed for the maturity gradually. In the our country, there have owned now about 220,000,000 mobile phone customer with numerous PDAs, these mobile terminal constituted the enormous and latent market in mobile electronic commerce, and mobile electronic commerce would be from now on the development trend of the electronic commerce. Compare with the traditional means of payment, it would be more convenient for payment by mobile phone and PDA terminal.Combined with development present condition of domestic and international mobile electronic commerce, the paper studied micro e-payment platform that was an essential and key business subsystem in mobile electronic commerce system, discussed mainly the secure problem referring to business logic in micro e-payment platform, andput forward feasible design scheme ------ HNMEP and its realization of key technique.Finally with 250,000 mobile customer in Hunan province put into the football lottery ticket business for case, the paper analyzed system performance in detail, and designed the system, at the same time we tested a series of operation instance and the result expressed that the system would be feasible resolver.
