In recent years, with the rise of internet and the deepening reform of mobileelectronic commerce, means the use of electronic forms of payment has been rapiddevelopment. In many emerging network payment, micro payment is one of themainstream, has gradually obtained the theory and value engineering.Micro payment belongs to the category of network payment, with the smallfeatures, frequency, simple and convenient transaction, making consumers online moreconvenient for small commodities. Many research institutions put forward the designscheme, the author thinks that the research can not be confined to the micro paymenton the theoretical level, but more research should be conducted to explore at thetechnical level, so it is of practical significance, in order to better explore the micropayment development mechanism in mobile commerce environment.In this paper, introduces the concept of mobile payment，analysis the prospect anddevelopment trend in domestic and abroad on mobile payment, third-party payment hasbeen introduced the concept of mobile payment, and by using third-party related to theprocess of mobile payment is improved micro payment, at the same time, based on thecurrent situation of mobile payment, it analyzed and introduced micro payment processand the advantages of mobile micropayment system positioning platform.This paper attempts to introduce the mature protocol--Payword protocol, andcombines with cryptology theory, the message communication mechanism,communication module, transaction module, business treatment module as an exampleof core functional modules of the system were introduced, and described theimplementation details of the internal function module of the mobile micro paymentfunction in detail; demand and new payment models are analyzed in detail, andexpounds the general design scheme of the system.Combined with the safety characteristics of a new payment model and J2MEplatform, designed a system of online music based on J2ME. It elaborates the entitymodel and the working principle of the business process from music system’sdemanding system positioning, the functional design of the system, and introduces howto according to this model, the establishment of a complete micro payment online musicsystem. At the same time, according to the characteristic and principle of Payword protocol, can be in a specific application environment, anonymous micropaymentsystem prototype, through practical application of scene online VOD, describe theimplementation details of anonymous micropayment system prototype. Thecombination of mobile micro payment online music system design principles, exploresin the technical level suitable for micro payment transaction model is now under theenvironment of e-commerce development, and aims to provide a good businessplatform for consumers and businesses, and to solve the problem of small productsonline sales.
