Research On Secure E-lottery Scheme

The globalization of Internet and the rapid development of electronic commercials in China provide a wide platform to E-lottery. But only a kind of E-lottery that draws regularly is existing. The single form of payment, the limited security and inadequate protection to rights and privacy is the problems of this kind of E-lottery. Based on the problems, the main studies carried out are the followings:1. A secure E-lottery scheme by mobile phones is designed. SET protocol is simplified and adjusted, mobile payment is implemented by deducting money from presorted telephone charge or transfer account and the validity and the security to buy small amount of E-lottery by mobile phones are verified based on the positive support of WEINAN subsidiary of CHINA Unicom in this scheme..2. An E-cash-lottery scheme is designed. The similarity of E-cash and E-lottery is analyzed the two of them is combined and E-cash-lottery is generated according to zero-knowledge proof and blind signature. This E-cash-lottery is anonymous, forgery resisting and traceable etc.3. An instant-open type of E-lottery scheme is designed. Random sort is simplified and an instant-open E-lottery is designed based on pseudo random sequence and simplified random sort. This E-lottery is forgery resisting and non-repeatable etc. The followings should be worked out in the future: the instant-open E-lottery should be improved and a safe, open and verified rapidly by betting people electronic drawing system is to be designed.
