When farm machinery works, often acompaning dispersive grains'running process. A good farm machinery design must considerate farm machinery the interaction of working components and dispersive grains, also dynamics issue. At present, the people designing the farm machinery components only depend on experience or experiment, which not only waste time but also hard to tackle, and can not get the ideal design purpose which is far away meeting the requirement of optimizing design and saving resource. In the 70s of twentieth century, Cundall and so forth bring forward DEM. The basic thought is to simplify the dispersive grain group into a mixture which have a certain shape and qualified granule, endowing the normal of the touch granule and the granule and touch borderline(work components) as well as the parameter of tangle some touch mechanics mold and mold ,and also to consider the touch function among the granules as well as among the granules and borderline and the different physic dynamics nature of dispersive grain and borderline. It adopts the DEM to study the interaction between dispersive grain raw material and relevant farm machinery work components and the fluxion process of dispersive grain's raw material, which can analyze and estimate the work function of the relevant farm machinery work components. There has been DEM analysis software at the present market. The method of border building mold is only confined to the geometric sketch, which can't meet the function analysis requirements with a complicated structure and the machinery components of function fashion. For this reason we put forward a method by CAD model establishing DEM analysis model and realize the border-building mold by use of the TIMER issues in VC and the PDC drawing function in VC itself and also adopt the proper dynamics mold to realize the function calculation of the dispersive grain's raw material, moreover, we store the calculation result in the relevant data document. At the procedure of the demonstration of the emulated results, we took a much less time step intervals and recapitulate the content of storage and data document by proximate successive fashions. So there was some distance between emulated result and recapitulation and there does exist the following problems. I. If we use the drawing function to emulate, the drawing function we capable of providing is less, contour is simple and the easy distortion when depicting complicated granule and border. I I.
