With the development of modern industry production and science research,the data acquisition face new challenge. In instantaneous test or image transact,we need data acquisition system with high-speed. Now most of high-speed data acquisition adopt PCI or ISA technique, and they have some defects like as complex; expensive; unexpanded; electromagnetism disturb etc. To solve these problems, the thesis researches high-speed data acquisition system based on USB2.0. There are some contents are presented as follow: researching how to use USB2.0 to high-speed data acquisition; programming device driver of USB based on WDM model; programming GPIF's firmware of FX2 of Cypress Company; designing circuit of the high speed data acquisition. The thesis purpose and design the high speed data acquisition system based on USB2.0 , and the whole system have been verified in application.
