Get information (including search, inquire, and so on) from mass data to support decisions is more and more important with the development of information-equipped society and the intensification of market competition. Demand from society promoted the technique, and data warehouse technique emerges as the times require. Then it has been the most important problem that user is facing and the most active research field in recent years that how to analyze and find useful information to business events, customer relationship and decisions.Data mining related technique is widely used not only in retail trade and banking, but also in manufacture industry. Nowadays, ability of aluminum producing of china is ongoing its accelerated expand, market is hunger for alumina. To fulfill the requirement from market, the Great Wall Aluminum Corporation promoted its automatization and informatization.This thesis discussed the shortages of traditional pressure vessel management system according to the environments of the Great Wall corp. and carried out an integrated analytical system for pressure vessel under the .Net framework.Integrated application of OLAP, Data Ware House and DM technique enabled the system to analyze mass off-line history data by multi point of view, as well as online real time data. System also analyses the collected data and share the information by LAN for all level of managers to control, inquire and make more efficiency decisions. The system can fix the shortages of traditional pressure vessel management systems and help the manager layer of corporation to control and analyze related data more efficiency. This thesis is based on a real project and the production data is regarded as research object.It is proved that this system is a beneficial attempt to enhance the informatization of management through the examination of practical product. And the prospect and trend of these techniques is discussed at the end of this paper.
