With the improvement of the level on culture lives, it has been an higher quality request to the effects of programs performing on stages.So it is an inevitable trend to realize stages'modernization and intelligentation. This paper is based on the research about the intelligent satge, whice is 800 m~2 and sited in the studio in center of brocasting and TV, zhanzhou. It fully illustrates the design and realization of the controlling system about satge surface motions. Through the intelligent control and the integration of machinery,electricity and hydraulic actuator,eached the aims of the stage's motion,such as lifting ,rotating,lifting and rotation,flex, lifting and flex ,and so on.Stage table-board realize many sculpts including rising , falling , rotating, flex and so on .Aiming at the design requests of the project,the paper gives the collocation scheme to control the motions of 8 flanks of mobile stages.Man-machine interface was designed by the MCGS configuration software ;and objective character was analysed; the paper illustrates the control system tactics and PLC control program. The effect has been proved excellent by the practice on the spot.In addition to that above, to the same project, the article also illustrates the illumination control system design and control tactics. This papetr detailed describes the whole setup of the stage floodlight, netwoke layout and woke principle of the control system. And especially it states the systemmatically communication quomodo, setting and the appliance of DMX512 communication protocol in this system in particular. Moreover the article also states the theory about the control-panel woke and digital dimmer. Especially aiming at the disadvantages that play down the stage lighting illuminance, undetect and fall short of the requested luminance by lamps and lanterns's pollutes and aging and accumulating the ash on the surface. This system adopt to the Fuzzy Control strategy. And on this foundation, we use the designed method of the asymmetrical funcation by which the stage illuminance can adjust nomal woking state quicklywhen it go beyond the assigned requirement. In this paper, the experiment based on Simulink toolbox of MATLAB by computer about this strategy shows that the efifect of this control mode is very good and every aspectcan attain the ideal request...
