The stage lighting is an important and indispensable part of the performance effects.With the rapid development of technology of stage lighting, people’s pursuit of stagelighting effect is getting higher and higher, which put the control system of stagelighting into higher request. In the system of Stage Lighting, the design ofhigh-performance lighting control system is one of the greatest difficulties of theoverall system design. This paper studies the present situation of domestic and foreignresearch of the current computer light control system, and then it implements designsof a lighting console to computer software, wireless transmission of data controlled bystepper motor, real-time acquisition of temperature as well as high-temperatureprotection light fixture system. This paper will be based on MCU of Cortex-M3andused in the wireless stage lighting control system, which provides an effective solutionfor the design of a high-performance wireless lighting control system. The main worksare as follows:1) Hardware Design. Lighting console can make computer lamp wireless remotecontrolled via the NRF905wireless RF module. Computer lamp system puts processorLM3S8962as the main controller, which are produced by the Luminary and based onthe ARM Cortex-M3core as the primary control system; two-phase hybrid steppermotors as actuators; L297and L298hybrid circuits as the drive; and using PWM as atwo-phase stepper motor drive. Computer hardware systems, including the X-axismotor control and positioning, Y-axis motor movement and positioning, aperturecontrol, effects of rotate and rotation, color changer control, shutter, CMY color mixing,collection of light and temperature, high temperature protection and many otherfeatures. 2) Software Design. The overall structure of the system software is divided intothe following main modules: main procedure of processor module, wireless transceivermodules, RS232communication module, PC control panel module, light stepper motordriver module, cooling motor drive module, the temperature detection module and theangle detection module. That different functions and principles of each moduledesigned corresponding procedure.3) The Simulation and Analysis of Control System. The main control object oflighting control system is the stepper motor. In order to avoid overshoot, lost step asmuch as possible and step away from uniformity, the thesis proposes a chemotaxisround adaptive algorithm, which can greatly reduce the amount of computationprocessors and improve the stability of the stepper motor of computer lighting system.
