The Design And Implementation Of The Intelligent Stage Control System Software

With improvement of stage technology at home and abroad, various kinds of design for software and hardware of stage machinery device control system turns into new research hotspot, research level of stage machinery device control at home has improved more. Now, control way of stage machinery devices gradually uses more advanced automatic control technology, particularly uses advanced computer control technology.The research content of this thesis is stage machinery devices of a theater at home, finishs the total design of the stage control system, the research priority is stage control system software design, designs a open software suite of the intelligent stage control system based on Ethernet and IPC.This paper mainly develops the stage server software, the stage control station software(IPC) and the stage monitor and control software, the stage server software completes data acquisition, data calculation and data alarm and so on; the stage control station software transfers various kinds of commands which are sended by the central monitor and control computer, through serial port communication or I/O communication with transducers and various kinds of detecting sensors, uses control algorithm processor to complete closed loop of stage devices; the stage monitor and control software can archieve configuration of stage devices, through data interaction with the server software, completes monitor and control of stage devices, data query of fault alarm, management of user authority and program making and so on.Through binding and testing of the system, the stage control system software can achieve control performance index which stage machinery device needs, have more functions than other stage control software, and have less development cost, have good cost performance.
