Laser power supply acting as the electrical pump source that produces laser energy is the important factor that decides the laser overall performance whether certain laser technical index's realization or not directly depends on the quality of laser power supply.Along with the continuous appearance of various laser and developing of laser technology, the requirement for the performance of laser power supply also rises continuously, such as the volume weight, efficiency, reliability, interference rejection, static difference, current ripple, dynamic response of laser power supply and the forward and back position of the discharging waveform, pulse width of laser power supply. These make the performance of parts and the function of laser power supply become complex and perfect day by day.The laser power supply being produced during the graduation design has many advantages such as high performance-price ratio, small volume, light weight, little loss, high efficiency, little static difference, strong reliability, the strong ability of interference rejection, fine stability, fast dynamic response and complete function.For optimizing the power supply circuit and receiving optimization of parameter, the power supply circuit has been simulated by PSpice software. We set up transformer and VMOSFET model, and confirmed the correctness of circuit. For the parameter that it is difficulty to calculate and measure, confirm their value by simulation.
