The Corporate Design And Research On Enterprise Quality Management Information System

The main research content of this paper is the first part of the project "Design and implementation of Enterprise Quality Management Information System" which is entrusted by Crosby China College and a certain enterprise. The corporate design and the realization of the enterprise quality information system have been researched here as the emphasis, mainly including system requirement analysis, object design, system logic architecture design and detailed design, etc.Firstly, together with the new theory of quality management and the quality information technology, the thought and techniques of quality management information system are studied; then the intelligentized improvement trend of the system is proposed based on the integration of quality information. The design methodology of the system is also discussed; then the requirement analysis and object design are carried through according to the system design techniques such as 'lifecycle' and 'prototype' method, the logic architecture and function modules of the system are confirmed based on the integration of quality information; Finally, considering the fact of enterprise, an instance of the system design is presented, and. the standardization, software and hardware configuration are designed specifically.With the development of the quality information technology, modern quality management is in face of great challenge. The viability of an enterprise is determined by the level of the mastery of quality information and response speed, so the importance of quality management information system goes without saying. In the process of setting up such systems, most enterprises could not acquire their anticipated effects, the main reason lies in that they have not carried out corporate design according to their own fact but run the software in a hurry. The corporate design methodology of the information system and the corporate design which is according to the fact of enterprise studied in this paper are practical guidance for the enterprise's informatization process, they also have scientific research value and practice value, and comprehensive application prospect.
