First of all, this paper explains the necessities of integration of e-business and ERP, analyses the current situation of the integration to e-business and ERP and puts forward the research goal and research content of this paper clearly. Then, the paper discusses the theoretical foundation and relevant technology of e-business and ERP integration, and analyzes the typical enterprise existing soft hardware environment and design object of the integration and present the global design of e-business and ERP integrated mode based on Web service, finally discusses the key module implementation techniques of e-business and ERP integrated frame based on Web service. This work finish the interface system, establish unitive XML data platform,make the XML document into the data interface,and discuss the work of database middleware,whole system use the MVC design mode and associate the tool of JSP and JavaBean .At last, the full paper summarizes research work of integrated mode of e-business and ERP based on Web service, and the improvement with further integrated mode to e-business and ERP has looked into the distance.
