Messaging Middleware-based Enterprise Application Integration

With the large range application of information system, there are numerous isolated systems, which need to integrate and intercommunicate. However, origin integration is manly focused on strict coupling data integration and many small and mediate sized enterprises adopt self-coding method to integrate. It increases the maintenance difficulty and cost. It is urgent to choose a soft coupling, cross platform, applicable to small and mediate sized enterprise integration method. This paper aims to do some research on it.The paper analyses the current status of enterprise application integration and presents a way to use message-oriented middleware to implement the integration on consideration of some unfavourable status, especially for small or mediate sized enterprise. The paper discusses the newest research result and application status of enterprise application integration,including the logical structure and physical structure of enterprise application integration and the methods of enterprise application integration .Based on these ,the paper takes emphasis on the speciality and architecture of enterprise application integration based on message-oriented middleware. The paper provides enterprise process integration. Finally, the paper discusses of methods and strategies of enterprise application integration based on message-oriented middleware. The author researches the common message middleware and JMS specification, then presents the architecture of message-oriented middleware based on JMS and XML. The author implements the enterprise application integration of Shui Kou Shan nonferrous metal limited company using this message oriented middleware, discusses in detail the design, implement and process integration of enterprise application integration based on message-oriented middleware. Finally, the author gives the evaluation on it.The author brings up self developing enterprise application integration strategy based on small middleware of JMS, which lowers the cost, reduces the maintenance difficulty, and well resolves the small scaled application integration problems.
