The Research And Development Of Automatic Winding-Wrapping Line Control System For Rubber-Covered Roll Based On The PLC

Thesis has summarized the international and domestic manufacturing present condition and level for rubber-covered roll.It combines with the productive circumstance of the old rubber-covered roll winding-wrapping line and makes use of the mature programmable control technique.At last an automatic winding-wrapping line control system for rubber-covered roll is created which has many characteristics of the manual and automatic winding-wrapping function,high performance and high credibility.The hardware of this sytem are made up of PLC,Programmable Terminal,the extrusive machine,the platform,the bare roller rotating platform,the pressing rubber device and some sensors etc.In this thesis,the author carried out the main works as following:(1)The author lookes into the overall design of the automatic winding-wrapping line control system for rubber-covered roll.Many problems has analysed which exist in the old winding-wrapping line for rubber-covered roll. The PLC control scheme is confirmed for the line's automatic control system's practice scheme.(2)The author does research into the application of the variable frequency speed-regulating technique,servo driving technique and stepping driving technique in the automatic winding-wrapping line control system for rubber-covered roll. The line's variable frequency speed-regulating system is created with the application of the Modbus-RTU communicative protocol.(3)The structure of this automatic control system's PLC program is designed with the use of the task programmable thought.And the main task program and others branch task program are written out.The thesis realized the extrusive machine's temperature control and the air cylinders' pressure control by using PID control algorithm.The thesis also designs zero searching algorithm for the devices.(4)The program of Programmable Terminal is developed by using CX-Designer.The Programmable Terminal has many functions such as device control,manual and automatic wrapping rubber,temperature trend-curve show,alarm show,etc.In addition,it can carry out the animation simulation of the rubber roll wrapping scene.
