Nowadays,along with wide application of the internet and rapid development of the information technology and the communication technology, humankind have already get to information society. The whole world Information networking and so on, which are the high and new technology, are changing people's production method, the life style and the thinking mode profoundly. A country's informationization degree directly relates the country's overall situation of the economy, society, politics, culture and national security, simultaneously the informationization level is the important target that weighs a national and a local international competitiveness, the modernized degree, the comprehensive national power and the economy growth ability. Various countries have been expanding the information technology industry to develop their country economy and enhance national comprehensive strength. Our Government, the IT industrial field, the education training organization similarly have made great effort for our country software industry rapid development. However, software level of development of our country is not entirely satisfying. The large population similar to china and the same start time in the software industry , India actually has achieved the remarkable achievement and become a great nation in software only inferior to US. The Indian software industry development in short 20 years mainly benefits from its vocational education organization which can raise the massive software blue collar the industrial development needs. The way that India raises the software talent through professional education is worth in-depth study.Our country's software talent training presents the multi-channel cultivation way. The training organizations are numerous, but the whole training quality is not high. Now our country's software talent training relies on the academic degree education of the normal academy. The software talents from the college are the mainstay of our country's software. It couldn't accord with the demand of the rapid development to depend on the college to train numerous front line technology talents the development of the software industry require. Though the vocational organizations of our country are not perfect in the software talent training, some training organizations start recently indeed, but a few training organizations have get to the first step of the achievement in the software talent training. The successful experience of their training software talent is similarly worth reference for our country's other professional organizations.Indian NIIT (National Institute of Information Technology) and Dalian Neusoft Institute of information are taken examples in the article, which has research on software talent training model. There are five chapters in this article. The first chapter is introduction, which introduce the research background of the article, related literature summary, concept limit and the goal, significance and method of the research. The second chapter summarizes the present situation of the software talent training in China and India. The third and the fourth chapter elaborate separately the talent training model of Indian NIIT and Dalian Neusoft Institute of information from the four aspects, i.e. the training goal, the curriculum, the teaching method and the quality safeguard and appraisement. The fifth chapter makes a comparison for software talent training model in the higher professional between China and India and obtains their similarity and difference in the software talent training model. We base our country, use the advanced experience of Indian NIIT software talent training model for reference and extend the successful software talent training model of Dalian Neusoft Institute of information to improve the quality of the software vocational education in our country, form the industrialization of the software vocational education and promote the fast development of the software industry in our country finally.
