Improving teachers' teaching ability is the key way to improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities.In order to effectively feedback teachers' teaching ability,various types of teacher quality evaluation models have emerged as the times require.In the teaching quality evaluation system of college teachers,student evaluation is one of the most widely used and most recognized evaluation methods.The core of students 'evaluation of teaching lies in assisting and guiding teachers to improve their teaching ability through their evaluation of teachers' teaching ability.Therefore,objective and effective feedback of teachers 'teaching quality is a prerequisite to assist and guide the improvement of teachers' teaching ability.Efficient and feasible methods for improving ability,comprehensive data analysis and display are the keys to assist and guide teachers to improve their teaching ability.At present,in our country,there has been a long history of research and practice in using student evaluation of teaching for feedback on teaching quality in colleges and universities,but there are still problems such as low differentiation of teaching ability and effectiveness of teaching evaluation.The weight of teaching evaluation indicators is a tool to quantify the results of students' evaluation.Optimizing the weight of teaching evaluation indicators can improve the discrimination of teaching ability and the effectiveness of teaching evaluation to a certain extent.There are many factors that affect the discrimination of teachers' teaching ability and the effectiveness of teaching evaluation.Many factors should be considered in the calculation of index weights.Multifaceted Rasch model can be used to analyze multiple variables that have potential impact on measurement results.Therefore,this paper applies a multi-faceted Rasch model to determine the weight of teaching evaluation indicators,and selects the latitude and severity of teachers,the ability of teachers,and the difficulty of the questions for model construction.Although the model can screen out abnormal data in student evaluation of teaching,it cannot deal with it.If you ignore the abnormal data,it will affect the validity of the index weight.If the abnormal data is directly deleted,it will affect the objectivity of teaching evaluation.Therefore,the LOF algorithm is used to screen the measured data first,and then the screened abnormal data is corrected.The processed measured data is used for model calculation to ensure the objectivity and validity of the index weights to the greatest extent.Most colleges and universities use total scores and comprehensive rankings asfeedback on students' teaching evaluation results.Teachers have clarified the overall level of their teaching ability,but they do not know the advantages and disadvantages of their teaching ability,and they cannot directly obtain the methods to improve the disadvantage.Recommending learning models with good value and easy communication for teachers is one of the ways to quickly improve teachers' teaching ability.The investigation found that the more similar the individual characteristics between teachers,the smaller the communication barriers,and the higher the applicability of learning methods.When the difference in teaching evaluation results between teachers is larger,the disadvantage of the learner is exactly the advantage of the learner,the more suitable it is as a role model in the improvement of teaching ability.Therefore,this paper proposes a teacher learning model recommendation algorithm based on individual characteristics and teaching evaluation.From the two aspects of the similarity of teachers' individual characteristics and the matching of teaching quality,the degree of adaptation between teachers is calculated.Teachers can improve their teaching ability by communicating with the learning objects.After experimental analysis,the recommended accuracy is high.With the development of the Web network,most university students' evaluation of teaching uses the form of network evaluation of teaching,relying on the evaluation system.Through the optimization of the weight of teaching evaluation indicators,the mining of teachers' ability improvement methods,and a full range of data analysis and display,this paper realizes the construction of a university-oriented teaching evaluation system with capacity improvement.The system has been officially launched for two years,and has completed four undergraduate student evaluation activities.Empirical analysis shows that the evaluation of teaching is effective and has the prospect of popularization in various universities.
