Abstract/Summary:
Simulation has high scientific research value and huge economic benefit. It has been used widely for its special function and effect, especially for its safety and economics.Through all-round energy analysis for the device of three-axes, the tracking system of three-axes is studied and the non-linear relations between the kinetic of axes and the angle of axes are provided. Based on the Lagrange-Maxwell equation of electromechanical dynamics, the non-linear three-axes coupling electromechanical dynamic model is developed. Taking some three-axes tracking system for example, the three-dimensional modeling software (I-DEAS) and the simulation software (MATLAB) are regarded as the main design platform, and the electromechanical simulation under the PID algorithm is done. The simulation results show that the model of the three-axes tracking and collimating system based on the Lagrange-Maxwell equation of electromechanical dynamics is plausible. Some ways of tract optimization of the tracking system of three-axes are discussed at last.
