In order to quickly detecting and accurately tracking target, all the modern laser communications and high-energy laser weapons control system need photoelectricity aiming, tracking and pointing device. With the development of technology guideline such as measure precision, the requirement to the aiming, tracking and pointing device is improved.Through all-round energy analysis for the device of X-Y style, the tracking system of X-Y style is studied and the non-linear relations between pitching kinetic and the angle of pitch biaxial is provided. So does horizontal kinetic and the angle of horizontal biaxial. Based on the Lagrange-Maxwell equation of electromechanical dynamics, the non-linear biaxial coupling electromechanical dynamic model is developed. Based on this foundation, The fine-tracking model which use fast streering mirror as main device is established. And the electromechanical simulation of coarse and fine tracking aiming system is done respectively which take the PID as algorithm for control, and MATLAB as tool for simulation. The simulation results show that the tracking device of X-Y style is plausible and the X-Y style device can meet the performance request of great-range and high-precision.
