Virtual Reality (VR) is a kind of extension of simulation in the background of computer systems with high capacity and information processing. Therefore, combination of simulation and VR is an important research field.Through all-round energy analysis for the device of azimuth and pitching, the tracking system of azimuth and pitching is studied and the non-linear relations between pitching kinetic and the angle of pitch biaxial is provided. Based on the Lagrange-Maxwell equation of electromechanical dynamics, the non-linear biaxial coupling electromechanical dynamic model is developed. Taking some high-powered microwave antenna for example, the three-dimensional modeling software (I-DEAS) and the simulation software (MATLAB) are regarded as the main design platform, and the electromechanical simulation under the PID algorithm is done. The simulation results show that the tracking device of azimuth and pitching is plausible, and provide a theoretical foundation for VR study on target tracking systems. Combining the theory of VR, the interface of simulation and VR is discussed on the basis of the simulation results. Also, the framework of VR for the tracking device of target is developed.
