Base on the technology of Modern Mechanism Design, Computer Simulation, Numerical Analysis and Computer Graphics, Set up the systematic dynamics model of well drilling and carry on emulation to analyse and research to its characteristic. The main tasks of this research work are as following:1. Analyses the system we research, and ravel the character of the problem.2. Make sure the range of the system we research and the goal that the simulation will achieve.3. By abstracting the actual system, selecting and correcting the facilitation and hypothesis of the system, with the geometry model and kinematics model of roller cone rock bit, the interaction model of rock bit and rock is established which was based on the experiment of interaction between single tooth and rock, setting up dynamic model to research the dynamic action of drillingstring-bit-rock system.4. Translate the math model into simulation model, and program simulation software. In this thesis, the adoption of OO technology for the software makes its reuse and maintenance very easy and the management and disposal to data is very convenient for DBMS adopted.5. Make sure that if the model established stand for actual system accurately, and ameliorate the system model by comparing the distinctness between the result of simulation experiment and parameter of actual system unless it achieve the precision required.6. Test the system with general method of practical experiment, run the simulation software on computer by modifying all the parameters required by the experiment, then gain theparameters of the simulation experiment, and finally perform statistics analysis. |
