Design Of Low Light Level Collimating Lens With Wide Field-of-View

Night vision collimating lens is composed of optic, machinery and electricity. To complete the testing mission of night vision collimating lens, the reliability of it is very high, correspondingly, the testing devices of reliability are strict. Based on the new configuration of optic stress system, we need to design a wide bands and long focal night vision collimating lens. To design the wide bands and long focal night vision collimating lens, the problem of the inherent secondary spectrum with the collimating lens were discussed, the formulas which used to calculate the p and v values of special glass were modified, the process of the design were showed. The design make secondary spectrum at 0.1mm and other aberrations were also balanced. The result of this design is well enough to meet the whole system' need.
