Entrusted by Yincheng electronics limited company, we designs the video denoise system on the basis of wavelet analyse. This system regards general user's anolog TV signal as the signal source, uses the chip SAA7111A to decode and get the digital vidio signal, makes use of FPGA chip to realize digital wavelet denoise, and punishes the denoised signal to frame memory, finally through encode chip SAA7185 to get anolog TV signal we need. Among them the system uses 51 chip computer to initialize the encode chip and decode chip.This text introduces how to compose the whole system,and as the focal point ,we discusses how to denoise the video signal on the basis of wavelet analyse;it also introduces the decode circuit and the encode circuit, tells us how to initialize the encode chip and decode chip used 51 chip computer;designs the C51 program to realize I2C bus control,puts emphasis upon software emulation used MATLAB language for one dimension wavelet arithmetic and the design for one dimension wavelet upgrade arithmetic based on MAXPLUS II workbench used VHDL language; it summarizes some problems and corresponding solutions appearing in the system finally.Through debugging, the system has reached the anticipated effect to lower those noises in TV signal, and the system runs reliably. In the end, the test tells some ideas of the system in the further and some approaches are proposed.
