As China is unlocking civil market step by step, and with the more and more integrated global economy, the national refinery enterprises are under a great competitive pressure. Based on the three layers (ERP/MES/PCS), hydrocarbon process industries turn to develop Contemporary Integrated Process System (CIPS) to improve management and enhance the core competitive power. One major problem is that all the application systems in the MES are all separated and can't exchange information with each other, and this became the cause of "Isolated Information Islands". This thesis studies and discusses in detail on the demand of platform for data integration, its structure and key technologies in view of engineering, then, represents the structure, design and implement process of two application systems, which are both base on this platform. The main works are as follows:1. CHAPTER 1 discusses CIPS architecture and analyzes the key role that MES acts to link Enterprise Resource Planning and Process Control System. Then, bring forward some problems exist on data buildup and data management.2. On the analysis of the characteristic of the data in refinery industries, CHAPTER 2 classifies the data, and establishes a structure in MES based on data integration platform. Finally, discuss and analyze the orientation of the heterogeneous network and database in the industry.3. CHAPTER 3 analyzes the key technologies in data integration, and introduces the strategy and method of system implementation in a refinery enterprise.4. After expounding data reconciliation and manage theory, a new data reconciliation structure based on data integration is presented in CHAPTER 4. Then, analyze its application process.5. Based on a survey on the demand of production scheduling in refinery enterprise, CHAPTER 5 proposes a new production management system structure based on data integration, analyzes its function models, virtue and the implementation of the system. Finally, discuss the optimization strategy and trend of production scheduling.The thesis concludes with a summary and prospects of the data integration platform and its application.
