Application Of Distributed Database In CIPS

In recent years, control technology has developed rapidly which had transited CIPS from local automation within industrial control area. With development of automatic technology, computer technology, network communication technology and database technology, control and administration merge each other, meanwhile enterprises can realize information.This paper involves several key technology of CIPS on the basis of processing control and industrial automation , especially introduces DDBS in detail. In the discussion of DDE, this paper introduces sorts, distribution and query for DDB. This paper also analyses the C/S architecture and B/S architecture, and explains reasons of C/S architecture in DDB. Then this paper discusses the problem of homogeneous DDB and measures of ODBC. Finally , this paper introduces the methods which application query DB of CHIHONG company's intelligent control system with ODBC&ADO technology, and involves opening & transplanting of ODBC technology.
