The China Unicom Sichuan branch is a single telecom enterprise obtaining all license in Sichuan. In order to keep the development of GSM, China Unicom Sichuan branch construct computer network system and many management information system. Now, the computer system have sustained a lot of task. But as the development of the computer network system, some shortage has been appeared, such as much operation and much application in same VLAN, affect each other , disturb each other. There is no uniform IP address programming in whole Network, etc. In order to solve these question, China Unicom Sichuan branch has decided to improve the old computer network system. Apply furthest advanced technology today to create corporation support operation network. As the Sichuan computer network system been improving, two key technology are used, viz. VPN and MPLS. MPLS/VPN not only can provide all function of old VPN, it also can provide the ability of QoS. As a result of the MPLS/VPN technology been used, the computer network system ensure that all management information system can operate smoothly. In the process of improvement the Sichuan computer network system, I have completed a lot of job, such as: particularly describing the status in old network, providing the collectivity thought, designing the scheme,etc.
