Research And Implementation Of The Distributed Office System Based On Workflow

With the development of internationalization and globalization, more and more big enterprise group build up. In order to win the competitive predominance in the always-changing environment and improve work efficiency in the enterprise, enterprise must be quick and exact in gathering data, deal with data and decision-making. But enterprise are enlarging all the time, sometimes it extend to different region even different country, this make it difficult to master all things in the enterprise and delay its development.Currently, OA system designed on Client/Server architecture can't meet the request of net office and it can't inosculate any new technology very well, so that it can't work perfectly. In the article, a net office system based on web technology is designed, this system developed with ASP is built on Browse/Server/Database architecture and realize workflow self-define and department self-defined. On the same time it support large-scale DBMS. With this system, employee in different area can work cooperatively at the same time. Authorized departments all over the word can load on this system .All departments become gathering point. They can execute workflow effectively and share information in company extent. The manager can inspect all department freely so that make adaptive decision to the changing market .In order to make the system more safe and more quick, we import two technology standard such as: Component Objection Model,Objection Orient Technology , Objection Link and Embedded.At last, we take net office of TSTZ as example describe the key technology and process that we built the system. The system has been in used and the result proves that it is a logically designed, work well system with perfect performance.
