Under reform and opening, the commerce situation coming prosperous excellent. It is a violent competition with more malls in the city. The mall is in order to survive and develop in the violent competition, offers some ideas, cuts payroll to improve efficiency, improves the management level. Therefore it demands to some information system which suits its' own operation mode, realizing the informationization that the mall runs. Then such information systems as a lot of ERP, CRM arise at this moment. But to our knowledge, the operation interface of this kind of systems still lacks of intuition, the position information of the shelves and goods that the customer is used to has not uesed in the system yet. On the other hand, the wireless network technology that has already completed was not applied in the system either. This is the reason that author selected the subject how to research and develop the E-Shelf and wireless visitation in the mall informationization.E-Shelf introduces the concept of the figured shelve in the information system, then according to the real furnishing of the mall, makes the e-goods place to the e-shelf. The information system will be intuitive and humanized. Wireless visitation means that it will put up wireless network in the range of the mall, connecting with the local-area network . People can visit the database through PDA within the range of their authority, make the operation more convenient and high-efficient.For achieving the practical, we develop the e-shelf and wireless visitation subsystem, in order to form a completed MIS of IT company in the Fuzhou. The systems have already run for nearly two months actually. The operation situation of nearly two months indicates, the subsystem runs steadily. We reach the anticipated goal, it brought better social benefits and economic benefits. This paper is a summary which develops this subsystem. The paper divides into four chapters. Chapter one introduces the background, achievement and innovation of the issue. Chapter two introduce some relevant knowledge and information technologyused in the development. Chapter three introduces the demand for the subsystem and our analysis on systematic demand. The last one introduced the design and realization of the subsystem in detail.
