The advancement of science and technology has brought about a promotion in product quality.At the current time,the development of artificial intelligence technology has attracted much attention,and developed rapidly.As an extremely important part of the storage system,the shelves are also facing innovation and development in technology.The user's requirements for shelves also tend to make the operation more intelligent and convenient.Therefore,how to design an intelligent and convenient shelves control system has become the common concern of companies and scholars.On the basis of analyzing the structure of the traditional shelf control system,considering the problems and deficiencies of the traditional shelf control system,we propose a more intelligent and friendly control method of shelf system and design an intelligent shelf control system based on uC/OSII.The main work of this article are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the architecture and functions of the system.Through analyzing the architecture of the system's upper computer and lower computer from a multi-level perspective,we design a functional module that meets the logic requirements.(2)This paper designs a detailed circuit of lower computer.The Coretex-M3 core processor STM32F103ZET6 is selected as the processor of the control system,and we design the circuit of the control module,the display module,the motor drive module,the communication module and the sensor module detailedly.(3)This paper designs a working method of shelf control system based on multitasking.The lower computer uses the uC/OSII operating system,which can improve the operating efficiency of the control system by applying real-time multitasking features of the operating system to the control program.At the same time,this paper designs the lower computer's operation interface humanly with the GUI graphics system.(4)This paper designs a wireless communication transfer module for the intelligent shelf control system.The method of WIFI communication is adopted between the upper computer and the lower computer.This paper applies the WIFI communication technology to the shelves control system,and designs the working mode and communication protocol detailedly,which fully improves the working efficiency of the shelves control system.The lower computer control module uses the NRF24L01 module to compose the radio frequency communication network,and adopts the point-to-point communication method to pass the host computer control command.At last,this paper has debugged all modules of the system.It includes debugging lower computer operation interface and WIFI communication module.The intelligent shelf control system based on uC/OSII which designed in this paper has been fully applied in the file management system.
