Design And Implementation Of The Forest Police Information Network And The Police Information Platform

Compare with the local police system, the forest police system has been restricted by its under-developed information technology, such as lack of professional Information network system and integrated information application. An integrated information application system which can improve the information exchange level is needed for a more normative work standard of the forest police system.A "forest public security information network and police information platform" construction has been launched in order to adapt and meet the requirements of comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, which is called by the province's forest police system. In accordance with the requirements of the twelfth five-year-plan outline of the forest police system, this project combines the modern information technology with the work pattern of the forest police, inputs all information nodes involved in the province's forest law enforcement into public security information network, by using SDH leased line, B/S structure, and workflow technology, to process the mass data in an efficient and flexible way.On the basis of the police affair line and network construction, the police information system development and application foundation platform design, are carried out to construct the intelligence and data sharing aggregated information system in order to improve the level of information technology application of the forest police system. By this new technology, the traditional work methods will turn into the efficient and convenient online management.The networks and information systems have been completed and put into trial operation. The preliminary results show that the network and information systems are stable and reliable with a good performance. They have improved the efficiency of the forest public security police work and solved many complex problems occurred in the information exchange, which led to a more standardized and efficient work performance.This program has improved the ability of the province's forest police to crack down forest-related criminal acts and achieved the desired goal.
