The Design And Implementation Of Mobile Alarm Receival And Disposal System

Alarm receival and disposal (ARD) is an important part of the police integration information processing systems. Using mobile terminals such as cellphone to input and process the information of the ARD, we can make it more canonical, enhance the work efficiency, increase the consciousness of the police, and enhance the quality of the ARD works.In this article the author firstly expatiated the research background and meanings of the mobile alarm receival and disposal system (MARDS), explained why to use GPRS and J2ME to build MARDS, analysed advantages of it. Secondly, she analysed the requirements of the mobile ARD operations in Zhengzhou City, taking into account the development of the police integration information processing systems, she built the overall frame of MARDS, modeled operation processing modules one by one, researched the basic policies for data delivery, adopted the information ferry scheme based on data cache switch, and probed into the problems of realizing the data validity, integrity, consistency in MARDS. Lastly, the author recognized that the cellphone hardware resources are very rare, so she presented a unitary scheme to save them, which combines the uses of custom-built menus, application agent server, and cellphone display strategies databases.To research MARDS will promote the normalization and standardization of the information construction in police system.
