But should resumed rebuilding the target's original appearance livelily, could not be separated from accurate space data, So, it is one of the problems urgently waiting to be solved at present how to gather the data information effectively.This text at domestic and international current situations at present, design to obtain and rebuild the system with the three-dimension because of ground visual environments one a kind of high-efficient low cost, The problem that has solved the space information obtaining emphatically, and has analyzed and researched in obtaining several key technology in the course. It divides characteristic that GPS use to difference propose an effective one false from poor to divide method each. Combine GPRS communication way, adopts UDP agreement, has realized the transmission which moves the data effectively. Demarcating this key technology to the camera, the application environment in view of our system, Demarcate the method after putting forward a kind of camera based on virtual translation.
